Shipping & Returns

Your order should arrive between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

  • When shipping to a P.O. Box address please provide your residential address in your customer details.
  • If you miss your delivery a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions on how to pick up your parcel or to attempt a redelivery.
  • Delivery times: Australia: 2-5 working days NSW, 4-7 working days for other states.
  • Some items are opened prior to shipping to ensure the contents are correct and safe to ship.

Delivery charges Australia

 We use Direct Freight Express, Fastway & Australia Post and the best rate will be communicated before an order is shipped out.
Please note: Shipping prices are subject to change and excludes Aquarium tanks.


  • All goods are subject to availability and there may be circumstances beyond our control that means we may not be able to fulfil your order in whole or in part.
  • In this case we will contact you by phone as a first option and then follow up with an email.
  • If deemed necessary we reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order.

Refunds & Exchanges

All refunds will be made by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Deposit. There may be a 2-3 day delay for the transaction to show up on your statement when refunding to your Credit Card.

Faulty products

In the unfortunate case where your product is defective having carefully followed the manufacturer instructions then please contact us immediately and return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

At the discretion of the Royal Aquatics we will:

- Give you a refund for the defective product or
- Exchange it for the same product

Product exchange

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Ensure the product(s) is unused, intact and in a suitable state to be resold.
  • If the product is damaged in transit then it cannot be accepted as an exchange by Royal Aquatics.
  • Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
